Human Resources Business Partner

Join our client who is a fast-growing luxury skincare brand with an international team. Renowned for its innovative products and quality. As they expand, they’re seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to take ownership of HR operations and shape the future of their growing team.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to build and manage the HR function from the ground up, supporting the UAE team while coordinating with international teams. You’ll lead recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations, making a real impact on the company’s people and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Oversee employee records, visa processing, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
3. Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers ensuring smooth processing.
4. Act as the primary HR contact for the UAE team, handling employee engagement.
5. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local regulations and international practices.
6. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with company growth.
7. Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven company culture.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in an international environment.
2. Strong recruitment background and ability to manage end-to-end processes.
3. Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
4. Experience coordinating with international teams and external payroll providers.
5. Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, adaptable mindset.

Working Environment:

1. Location: Dubai-based, hybrid working model.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: AED 15,000 per month.
