About the Role:

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and support organizational goals. With a focus on organizational design, recruitment, and employee relations, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Design:
  • Assist in designing and implementing organizational structures that enhance productivity and support business goals.
  • Analyze workforce needs and collaborate on planning activities to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection for various roles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts, fostering a positive and equitable work environment.
  • Strategic HR Planning:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify key HR priorities and develop strategies that support business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes that align with company objectives.
  • Coach managers and employees on performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Support career development planning in collaboration with management.
  • Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Develop and support programs that recognize and reward employee achievements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in organizational design, recruitment, and employee relations.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
