Job Purpose

The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals. This role involves workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

What You’ll Do

Strategic HR Partnership:

  1. Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and develop all HR strategies that support business goals.
  2. Act as a consultant to managers on HR-related matters such as workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
  3. Drive organizational culture initiatives and ensure alignment with company values.

Talent Management & Development:

  1. Identify key talent and work on leadership development programs.
  2. Support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  3. Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  1. Foster a positive work environment by implementing engagement strategies.
  2. Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair treatment of employees.
  3. Conduct interviews, exit interviews, and employee feedback sessions.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  1. Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company guidelines.
  2. Support compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.
  3. Collaborate with HR teams on payroll, benefits, and employee records.

Data & Analytics:

  1. Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends.
  2. Track HR KPIs such as attrition, engagement scores, and training effectiveness.
  3. Recommend data-driven HR solutions to business leaders.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen and ability to align HR with business strategy.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work with HR software and data analytics tools.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years in HR roles, with experience as an HRBP (in Banking/Financial industries preferred).
