Job description

ENPI Group is the leading and technically most advanced manufacturer, supplier and distributer Specialized in Packaging Solutions and Printing Products in the UAE, GCC, MENA, Africa and Europe. ENPI is a Part of Saudi Printing and packaging Company. (a public listed company in Saudi Arabia).

The objective of a Corporate HR Lead job is to support the achievement of the organization objectives through the provision of a comprehensive Human Resources Advisory service. The Corporate HR Lead will attend and support the operational sites to ensure the provision of guidance and advice on all HR issues in line with the HR Corporate Strategy.

  • Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the corporate HR Team to align on activities and initiatives.
  • Single point of contact for corporate employees and HR Leads.
  • Support CHRM on strategic projects linked to Department and Company Strategy.
  • Monitor the Group HR KPIs on monthly basis and report the same to CHRM.
  • Manage Corporate HR initiative like Performance Appraisal, Medical Insurance, Group Life Insurance, HR policies and Procedures, HR ERP and other HR initiatives.
  • Support CHRM in Group Payroll processing for example reconciliations, WPS compliance, Ad-hoc reports.
  • Analyze and advise HR related activities like salary increments, successors, Performance Improvement Plans, recruitment and selection of suitable candidates.
  • Uses the HR information systems to access, input and compile data.
  • Identifying training and development needs at group level and report the same to HR Corporate.
  • Managing staff relationships, responding to any HR related queries or challenges that they have and managing their expectations.
  • Works closely with BU personnel to improve relations between employees and management, like oversees grievance procedures, investigate employee disciplinary actions and facilitate conflict resolutions.
  • Support employees in all related medical insurance topics.
  • Conducting job evaluations along with the HR Corporate team when needed.
  • Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes.
  • Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices in coordination with the HR Corporate team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Public Administration / Business Administration
  • 8 to 10 years of general HR experience or 5 years of HRBP experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into operational model.
  • Professional knowledge in financial planning, strategic financial management, financial analysis, risk management, strategic planning & balance scorecards, IFRS.
  • Change management skills.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to drive organizational growth and change.
  • Strong communicator/communication skills know how to get the message across effectively.
