Description:
The HR Business Partner will work closely with the VP on the execution and delivery of human resources programs and services for Heidrick, APAC. The HRBP will also team with other human resources functional leaders on various programs, policies, and initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include:
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or equivalent Human Resources certification preferred. Minimum of six years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services environment. Global experience preferred.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performing, and client-focused environment. Experience serving as a consultant/advisor in analyzing client needs; setting and managing expectations and influencing decisions. Previous success in developing and/or standardizing processes, with a focus on the client experience.
Proven experience in providing the highest levels of client service internally or externally. Understanding, inclination toward, and a strong appreciation of the importance of building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Strong comfort level with shifting priorities. Dedication to teamwork and collaboration with experience in coaching and developing others.
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills; listening, speaking, writing. Confidence to have a strong point of view and express it even if it proves unpopular. Knowledge and experience of the business and its intricacies and an ability to communicate in business terms. An ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and with HR colleagues.
