Job description

Job Purpose:

Join our dynamic real estate team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) where you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. As the HRBP, you will be the key link between the employees and management, fostering a positive work environment and driving HR initiatives that support the growth and success of our real estate ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement effective performance management processes to drive employee productivity and growth.
  • Work closely with leaders to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and address performance issues.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a harmonious workplace.
  • Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Talent Management:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, participate in recruitment processes, and contribute to workforce planning.
  • Implement strategies for talent development, succession planning, and employee retention.

Employee Grievances:

  • Manage employee grievances effectively, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

HR Strategy and Implementation:

  • Work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing HR support.
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure a transparent and informed workforce.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven experience in performance management, employee relations, talent management, and handling employee grievances.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
