Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 8-10 years of expertise in HR Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and HR operations to support and guide our business leaders in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices and will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving talent management initiatives, optimizing organizational efficiency, and enhancing employee development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Management & Strategy: Partner with senior leadership to define and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  2. Provide expert HR guidance and support across various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and organizational design.
  3. Manage and drive the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and exit.
  4. Oversee HR operations to ensure effective policy implementation, compliance with local labor laws, and alignment with business goals.
  5. Learning & Development (L&D): Develop and execute the Learning & Development strategy, ensuring programs are aligned with both employee career growth and business needs.
  6. Lead the design and delivery of training programs that enhance skills, leadership capabilities, and overall employee engagement.
  7. Assess the effectiveness of L&D programs through feedback, performance data, and employee surveys, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Identify leadership development needs and implement initiatives to nurture high-potential talent.
  9. Implement HR processes and tools that improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  10. Support managers with employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and effective communication.
  11. Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and motivation within the organization.
  12. Compliance & Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to ensure optimal organizational performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  13. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations and proactively manage any changes in legal requirements.
  14. Prepare and present HR-related reports and analytics to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and suggesting areas for improvement.
  15. Manage and coach HR team members to ensure high levels of performance, collaboration, and continuous development.
  16. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, providing guidance on organizational changes and human resources policies.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner or leadership role.
  3. Proven experience in Learning & Development, HR management, and operations within a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  5. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  6. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  7. High level of emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters.
  8. Fluent in English.
