To be a successful applicant for this role, our client requires someone who has the experience and ability to handle a 360 HR role, developing the HR function to meet the organisation's goals and contribute to business growth, whilst managing the operational needs. This role will be the main point of contact for all employees within the UAE.
The successful candidate should have a Degree within HR or a similar field with 5+ years of experience working within this sector along with excellent knowledge of the UAE Labor Law. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for HR, particularly in employee development. An interest in tourism, aviation, or engineering services will be an advantage.
