Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) who can speak Arabic fluently and has a strong background in either contracting or consulting industries. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior management, focusing on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and fostering a positive work culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand the organization's goals and objectives, advising them on HR-related matters to drive business outcomes.
  • Talent Management:
  • Oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies, and workforce planning to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent, particularly in the contracting/consulting sectors.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing and resolving HR-related issues, and promoting a positive employee experience.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the design and implementation of performance management processes, ensuring that performance reviews, feedback, and development plans are carried out effectively.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Work closely with department leaders to assess training needs, manage development programs, and foster continuous learning and growth within the team.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Implement organizational change initiatives, support leadership development programs, and help enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices, specifically in relation to the local laws of the region.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Develop initiatives to increase employee engagement and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:
  • Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to drive decisions and create strategies for improving employee performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration

Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar HR roles within the contracting or consulting industries.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken), with the ability to effectively communicate with employees and leadership teams in Arabic-speaking environments.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices within the contracting or consulting industry, including project-based work, workforce management, and client-facing HR solutions.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with leadership and employees at all levels
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems

Cultural Competence:

  • Strong understanding of cultural diversity in the workplace, particularly in Arabic-speaking environments, and the ability to navigate cross-cultural communication effectively.
