Role Overview:
The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to designated business units within the organization. This role is critical in driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals, ensuring the effective management of people-related matters, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational priorities and develop HR solutions to support business objectives.
Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues within assigned business units.
Address and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Partner with the recruitment team to attract and onboard top talent.
Support career development initiatives, succession planning, and performance management processes.
Change Management:
Drive and manage organizational change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees during periods of transition.
HR Policy & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Participate in policy development and implementation to align with business needs and legal requirements.
Learning & Development:
Identify training needs and support the delivery of learning programs to develop employee skills and competencies.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
Prepare reports for senior management on key HR performance indicators.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must be residing or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Must have minimum 5 years of experience in role.
Must have experience in the construction industry.
