Job description

As an HR Business Partner, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and enhancing employee engagement. You'll manage key HR processes, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the growth of our fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HRIS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee visa processes, work permits, and immigration activities, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local and company regulations.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and leadership, addressing HR-related queries and resolving workplace concerns.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Support grievance and disciplinary processes with fairness and transparency.

Talent Management & Onboarding

  • Partner with hiring teams to support onboarding and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Collaborate with managers to align workforce planning with organizational goals.

Performance Management & Development

  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
  • Identify training and development needs, recommending initiatives to support employee growth and retention.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide insights on HR metrics, such as attrition and engagement, to guide leadership decision-making.
  • Recommend process improvements based on data-driven analyses.
