Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HRIS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee visa processes, work permits, and immigration activities, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local and company regulations.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and leadership, addressing HR-related queries and resolving workplace concerns.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Support grievance and disciplinary processes with fairness and transparency.
Talent Management & Onboarding
Partner with hiring teams to support onboarding and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
Collaborate with managers to align workforce planning with organizational goals.
Performance Management & Development
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
Identify training and development needs, recommending initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
HR Reporting & Analytics
Provide insights on HR metrics, such as attrition and engagement, to guide leadership decision-making.
Recommend process improvements based on data-driven analyses.
