Human Resources Analyst

• Role - HR Analyst
• Contract - 3 Months
• Location - Dubai
• Salary - 6000 AED

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries across MENA via multiple service channels.
• Provide HR transactional support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, policies, payroll, benefits, and labor laws.
• Manage HR data entry in SAP HCM, ensuring accuracy in employee records and payroll.
• Collaborate with HR teams, IT, and Business Partners to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Adhere to service levels, ensuring prompt and high-quality support.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR support, payroll, or HR systems.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM or similar HR software.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
