The Human Resources Administrator oversees a range of high-level HR administrative processes and tasks, requiring the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring continuous update of all HR transactions across various system functions.
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare detailed agendas to guide discussions, and oversee proceedings while attending meetings to take thorough notes and record minutes accurately.
Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, training events, and other activities, ensuring all logistical matters are efficiently handled.
Establish an efficient filing and data retrieval system to ensure continuous access to updated information.
Consolidate and summarize HR data while drafting various documents to support specific HR activities.
Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers efficiently.
Proactively source candidates through diverse channels, including referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, and the organization's application platform.
Draft announcements and communications for vacancies, new hires, and promotions.
Respond promptly to customer requests; secures the support of others to resolve the issues.
Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

Job Specifications
Proficiency in MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
