About the Role
The HR Administrator - UAE supports the Country Manager and Regional HR Manager in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. This role is key to maintaining a productive, well-organized, and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support and Coordination:
- Implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Provide HR services and administrative support to the local team.
- Oversee smooth execution of HR operations.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding.
- Support performance management activities.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster engagement and coordinate CSR activities.
- Address employee concerns and support staff accommodations.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare documentation.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate sessions.
- Maintain training records and support career development plans.
Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll:
- Administer employee benefits and manage payroll processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions.
HR Operations and Reporting:
- Manage Time and Attendance systems and prepare HR reports.
- Assist with HR projects and coordinate CSR initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with knowledge of UAE employment laws.
- Experience in project-based locations and familiarity with HR software preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
