Handle HR administration including contracts, payroll, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Manage work permits, visas, and relocations for employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
Assist relocated employees with accommodation, onboarding, and administrative support.
Office & Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day running of our Dubai office, ensuring an efficient and organized workspace.
Set up key HR processes and policies, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Support team expansion, helping integrate new hires as our Dubai operations grow.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the HR Admin team in Europe to maintain consistency in HR operations.
Report directly to the Head of HR providing updates on local HR activities.
Requirements:
Proven HR Experience:
Solid HR administration background, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
HRIS system practical knowledge - BambooHR is a plus.
