Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or in a relevant HR role.
Gather benchmark data such as job descriptions, compensation, and benefits from the project to proceed with the movement of employees from the vendor to us.
Provide support and input with policies and procedures that will best aid in effective operation.
Report on key transition metrics like time to complete the transition projects to the business.
Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
Organize work related to ESCE responsibilities to ensure effective and timely delivery of employee administration and customer service goals.
Analyze employee issues, formulate a response, and communicate comprehensively to queries to ensure customers receive complete information in a timely manner.
Maintain professional, strong working relationships with external and internal customers, Employee Services team, and HR colleagues to deliver the right solutions.
Action decisions made by HR management and convey positively to administer employee eligibilities and benefits.
Provide positive customer service and experience delivery in all stakeholder and customer interactions.
Take ownership of complaints and queries and proactively follow through to resolve employee issues.
Update employee information and benefits with changing eligibilities on Oracle and Filing system accurately to ensure employees receive the right eligible benefits.
Build and employ a strong knowledge base of Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures, labor law, and immigration processes to support customers comprehensively.
