HR Administrator – Dubai

Dubai, UAE | 5 days per week on-site

One of Europe’s fastest-growing technology companies, pioneering data analytics and machine learning solutions is expanding its operations in Dubai. As part of its global growth, the company is seeking a HR Administrator to establish and oversee HR operations for its new office, ensuring smooth processes and compliance within the UAE.

About the Role

This role offers the chance to be an important part of a high-growth company’s expansion into the Middle East. You’ll take ownership of key HR functions, including visa processing, payroll, compliance, and employee support, while managing office operations and contributing to a seamless employee experience. You’ll also work closely with global HR teams to align processes and best practices across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Employee Support

  • Oversee HR administration, including employment contracts, payroll, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Manage visa processing, work permits, and employee relocations, ensuring efficient onboarding.
  • Provide hands-on support for employees transitioning to Dubai, including administrative assistance and accommodation guidance.

Office & Operations Management

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Dubai office, ensuring an efficient and professional work environment.
  • Establish HR processes, policies, and operational workflows to support future growth.
  • Support team expansion, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with HR teams in Europe to maintain alignment in HR policies and compliance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on local HR activities, workforce planning, and operational improvements.

Your Background

  • HR & Compliance Expertise – Strong HR administration background with previous experience in a DMCC-registered company, understanding its systems, processes, and regulatory framework.
  • Global Mobility Knowledge – At least 5 years of experience managing visa applications, work permits, and relocations in Dubai/UAE.
  • Process-Driven & Detail-Oriented – Ability to develop and optimize HR workflows while maintaining strict compliance.
  • International Mindset – Experience in global environments and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
