The Human Resources Admin is responsible for handling reception log and area, ensuring colleagues are attended in a timely manner, personal files are up to date, and assisting with HR processes in general. You will also coordinate with bank representatives to ensure forms are completed fully and ready for resort orientation and assist with the onboarding process for all new employees.
About You
The successful candidate will preferably have:
A minimum of 1-2 years’ hospitality experience within a 5* resort or hotel.
A bachelor’s degree in HR.
Full proficiency with Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
Personable, friendly, tentative, and empathetic to our employees’ needs.
Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Great organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
