We are looking for a qualified Human Resources Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the company's HR strategies and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in MS Office applications. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
