Apt Resources is looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join a renowned 4-Star Hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the hotel’s HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Responsibilities
Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding of new employees.
Drive employee relations, resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and ensuring a supportive, respectful work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness and align with company goals.
Manage employee performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, hotel policies, and maintain a safe, inclusive workplace for all staff.
Plan and deliver training and development programs to improve staff skills, competencies, and service standards.
Maintain accurate employee records, reports, and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Actively engage with employees to promote a positive workplace culture, boost morale, and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a 4-star or higher hotel, preferably with an international or regional brand in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance standards.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
Strong conflict resolution and employee relations skills.
Familiarity with training and development programs tailored to hospitality.
Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in Dubai’s hospitality sector is a plus.
