Provide all HR functions to the company (Employee Relations, Comp and Ben, Recruitment, Disciplinary, Development).
• Have extensive involvement with MOL.
• Provide HR Investigations in case of Ethic Case/situation related to HR Domains.
• Participate in HR projects.
• Ensure the recruitment activity for the UAE.
REQUIREMENTS:
• HR experiences, ideally as a HR business partner or HR country manager.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Able to deal with complexity.
• Ability to maintain a strong level of confidentiality.
• Comfortable in Compensation & Benefits.
• Knowledge of labor law and legal matters.
