We Domus Flower LLC is looking for a Human Resource Manager to work with us to handle all HR matters across our business, developing, implementing, and overseeing all HR policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with our vision and overall business needs.
Job Description:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Responsible for checking and renewing company documents such as establishment card, trade license, warehouse permit, Ejari, non distribution permit etc
Checking of employee documents and expiration dates (passport, visa, emirates Id and driving license)
Renewal of employees residence visa and labor contracts
Manage payroll of employees and maintain records related to compensation/attendance data
Develop HR policies, procedures, and handbooks
Handle all insurance related work
Prepare leave and final settlement
Handle the recruitment and selection process
Orientation and onboarding of new hires
Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Booking of annual ticket for employees or handling reimbursement for all annual ticket
Coordination with department managers for the performance review of employees and assess training needs
Checking, preparing and releasing overtime pay of employees
Prepare letters and job descriptions
Required Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, ideally with experience in the UAE
Preferably from the flower industry
Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resource
Well versed with UAE Labour Law
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Works
