Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Dubai at ICC Group. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The role will involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications

1. Recruitment, headhunting, training, and employee relations skills
2. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
3. Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
4. Organizing events and its arrangements
5. Processing VISA and ticket bookings
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment
8. Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
9. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
