Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  2. Follow the procedures that align with the law.
  3. Test the training needs of the organization.
  4. Keep accurate records of employee performance evaluations.
  5. Help management and employees work out conflicts.
  6. Make sure that all applicable laws, regulations, and standards are followed.
  7. Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  8. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
