Apt Resources is seeking a Human Resource Head to lead the HR department for our client, a prestigious 4-Star Hotel. This role is vital in ensuring that all HR initiatives are effectively implemented, and employees are engaged and motivated to provide exceptional service. As the HR Head, you will oversee the entire HR function, from strategic planning to operational execution, while fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the hotel's values and mission.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and drive HR strategies that support the hotel's business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
2. Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
3. Design and implement training and development programs tailored to the needs of hotel staff to enhance their skills and performance.
4. Manage employee relations, address grievances, and cultivate a healthy workplace environment.
5. Monitor compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
6. Oversee performance management and review systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
7. Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
8. Collaborate with senior management on organizational development and change management initiatives.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Human Resource Head or similar leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
2. Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices in the UAE.
3. Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
5. BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field in the hospitality industry.
6. Proven ability to drive change and implement new HR initiatives successfully.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics.
8. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Benefits

The salary is AED 15k to 20k depending on experience.
