Job description

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Human Resources Director to lead our HR team and drive the overall HR strategy. This is a senior leadership role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our company through strategic talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the development and execution of the company's HR strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and growth plans.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to ensure a pipeline of high-performing talent that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
  3. Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive and productive work environment by developing programs that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  4. Leadership Development & Training: Design and implement leadership development programs that ensure the continuous growth of current and future leaders within the organization.
  5. Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including regular reviews, feedback mechanisms, and alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and develop HR policies that promote fairness, equality, and transparency.
  7. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  8. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on best HR practices and helping manage transitions smoothly.
  9. Diversity & Inclusion: Lead and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring the organization maintains a culture of belonging for all employees.
  10. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to evaluate and improve HR programs and processes, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role. Experience in a fast-paced or growing company environment is a plus.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities with experience leading a team of HR professionals.
  4. Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  7. Knowledge of Labor Laws: Deep understanding of local and international labor laws and HR best practices.
  8. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with HRIS systems and other HR technology tools.
