Assist in compiling & disseminating all reports relating to manpower resources, including but not limited to vacation planning, daily hours reporting & Attendance.
Assist in ensuring reports generated by the SAP system are disseminated to the correct section in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records for all reporting relating but not limited to productivity, training, SOP’s, wastage, quality evaluation & hygiene.
Assist in ensuring the accuracy of all ordering through the SAP system & manual requisition.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure effective communication & support coordination across all catering facility sections.
Assist production to ensure accurate labeling & signage when requested.
