Manager Human Capital | MAF Retail | Hypermarkets UAE

ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager Human Capital will lead, oversee and manage the effective implementation of the regional human capital strategy. The role holder will direct and facilitate the delivery of key HC services and infrastructure in line with the global HC strategy for efficient and effective services at multi-levels in addition to efficient human capital processes, programs and policies. The role holder is responsible for partnering with the countries leadership teams to build a high performing, lean and diverse organization, as well as an engaging and agile culture to drive a healthy and productive work environment.

ROLE PROFILE

  1. Direct & oversee the collaborative identification and development of annual and multi-year human capital strategies such as workforce planning and performance management to ensure the right talent fit.
  2. Evaluate & facilitate the HC functional capacity and service delivery for the Gulf Region while building knowledge, expertise and capacity leveraging internal and external resources.
  3. Oversee global delivery, implementation and monitoring of all HC projects while ensuring effective adaptation at all levels and compliance with each country's local legislation.
  4. Serve as a strategic partner providing advice and counsel to maximize staffing resources and performance while ensuring economy and efficiency of work processes, and containing institutional risk when required.
  5. Develop and implement HC strategies in line with overall business and global HC strategy.
  6. Contribute to the implementation of all relevant HC projects initiated by HC Center of Expertise and provide input based on business unit and country requirements.
  7. Ensure best in class employee experiences to position MAF Retail as an Employer of Choice.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  2. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of Senior Human Capital Leadership experience, ideally in a Retail industry or similar industry, preferably as a Regional Manager.
  3. Efficient communicator and result oriented.
  4. Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  5. High attention to detail.
  6. Good time management and problem solving skills.
