HSE Trainer

The Job

You will be responsible for:

• Design and develop HSE training materials, presentations, and handouts.
• Ensure training content complies with industry standards, company policies, and government regulations.
• Adapt materials to reflect the specific hazards and safety needs of different departments.
• Conduct HSE training sessions (classroom, virtual, or on-site) for employees, contractors, and management.
• Provide refresher courses and induction programs for new employees.
• Use engaging teaching techniques to ensure participation and retention.

The Profile

• You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Oil & Gas / Petroleum industry.
• You have working knowledge of safety and HSE.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
• HSE Trainers with Offshore training experience of min. 5 years in UAE & KSA.
• NEBOSH (mandatory).
• ADNOC & ARAMCO Approved Trainers.
