HSE Trainer

Trans European Employment Services has been rebranded to Aspire Manpower Services. It is a specialized Recruitment and Outsourcing company with its head office in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Aspire caters to the Recruitment and HR needs of the Oil and Gas sector, Hospitality sector, Construction sector, Facilities Management, and Engineering related clients. Established in 2014, Aspire has dedicated licensing requirements for HR Outsourcing services and has a well-established client database across the UAE.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

1. Design and develop HSE training materials, presentations, and handouts.
2. Ensure training content complies with industry standards, company policies, and government regulations.
3. Adapt materials to reflect the specific hazards and safety needs of different departments.
4. Conduct HSE training sessions (classroom, virtual, or on-site) for employees, contractors, and management.
5. Provide refresher courses and induction programs for new employees.
6. Use engaging teaching techniques to ensure participation and retention.

Ideal Profile

You have:

1. At least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Oil & Gas / Petroleum industry.
2. Working knowledge of safety and HSE.
3. Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
4. Strong mentoring and coaching skills to build high performing teams.
5. Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
6. HSE Trainers with Offshore training experience of min. 5 years in UAE & KSA.
7. NEBOSH certification (mandatory).
8. ADNOC & ARAMCO Approved Trainers.
