HSE Superintendent/Supervisor - TWO MONTHS CONTRACT - IMMEDIATE START - ABU DHABI, UAE

Job Description:
Duration: 2 months (starting from 5th December)

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Sunday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: Off

Location: Office premises (Renovation site)

Responsibilities:

• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervision:
  • Oversee all renovation activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments during construction hours.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to local construction and real estate safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly HSE reports to the management.
• Emergency Preparedness:
  • Develop and implement safety protocols for emergencies, including evacuation procedures.
  • Address and resolve on-site safety issues promptly.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with contractors, site workers, and project managers to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide guidance and training to workers on safe practices.
• Incident Management:
  • Investigate incidents or near misses and recommend preventive measures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HSE roles within construction, real estate, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices in renovation projects.
• Knowledgeable and assertive personality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
