Job Description
Applying ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2018 requirements in the company.
Insert HSE yearly goals and work on achieving these goals.
Develop the Emergency Plan for the company and conduct evacuation drills every 3 months.
Perform Risk Assessments for each job in the workplace.
Proactively manage all near misses, recordable and lost time accidents.
Prepare daily reports for HSE and work on control measures.
Complete weekly and monthly checklists.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to established safety protocols.
Follow up on contractors' work.
Take HSE decisions in the monthly meeting.
Analyze chemical features to identify potential health hazards.
Design safety strategies to meet company needs and support implementation.
Train workers on the use and observation of the integrated safety plan.
Promote safety awareness in both work practices and company culture.
Provide PPE and ensure that workers use it safely during work.
