HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and maintain accurate records of toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
2. Conduct regular HSE inspections and enforce strict compliance with local and international safety standards.
3. Oversee safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste and chemicals.
4. Act as a Certified First Aider and Certified Firefighter, leading emergency responses and readiness initiatives.
5. Organize and deliver effective safety training programs for employees.
6. Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents, compliance, and corrective measures.
7. Communicate safety protocols effectively in both Hindi and English.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
2. Certified First Aider and Firefighter.
3. Proven experience in hazardous waste management or chemical handling.
