Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and maintain accurate records of toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections and enforce strict compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Oversee safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste and chemicals.
- Act as a Certified First Aider and Certified Firefighter, leading emergency responses and readiness initiatives.
- Organize and deliver effective safety training programs for employees.
- Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents, compliance, and corrective measures.
- Communicate safety protocols effectively in both Hindi and English.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
- Certified First Aider and Firefighter.
- Proven experience in hazardous waste management or chemical handling.
