Responsibilities

1. Prepare and report HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
2. Conduct and document Job Risk Assessments and Safety Analyses
3. Issue work permits and ensure compliance with safety regulations
4. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of hazards and mitigation plans, as well as lifting plans

Requirements

1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a HSE Officer in construction projects within the GCC region
2. Valid UAE driving license advantageous
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
4. Good communication and negotiation skills
