HSE Officer

Responsibilities

1. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
2. Provide training and education to employees on HSE practices and procedures.
3. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on HSE performance for management review.
4. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement emergency response plans.
5. Stay up-to-date on HSE regulations and industry best practices.
6. Communicate effectively with employees, management, and regulatory agencies on HSE issues.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
2. Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO).
3. Knowledge of local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
