Carry out field inspection to ensure effective implementation of QHSE standards and requirements.
Ensure full compliance and effective implementation of the approved project EHS, BCM and Quality Plans and applicable requirements.
Inspect all work sites on regular basis and based on a pre-defined schedule regarding Quality & HSE aspects.
Carry out regular inspection on vehicles & equipment and ensure all are operating with the required permits & licenses and in compliance with the specifications and standards.
Ensure all safety equipment is available & items are completed and in proper condition in all operation sites.
Perform assigned tasks and roles in accordance with EHS and quality monitoring system and any other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Report and communicate incidents, deficiencies, defects, non-conformities, or violations to respective manager(s).
Carry out the required measurements or calibrations to ensure implementing EHS and quality requirements.
Compile and submit periodic inspection reports to the respective manager(s) and report any observation related to service quality, paying attention to potentially hazardous situations and follow up on the corrective action.
Prepare all types of HSE reports & checklists (accident/incidents reports, Near Miss Reports) and submit to direct manager for review.
Ensure adequate PPE is used by all persons at the work location.
Carry out Toolbox talks and provide required training and awareness to the field staff on all QHSE matters as per pre-defined schedule.
Show full support during internal and external audits.
Skills, Experience and Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in public health pest control, entomology, agriculture science plant protection or any relevant majors with NEBOSH IGC or its equivalent.
Certified First Aider with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the environmental services industry, public health pest control is preferable and in the capacity of a QHSE Supervisor.
