Starting date: August 2024 (As soon as visa is provided)

Duration: 07 Months

Hours/rotation: 60 days on site, 10 days off (paid) + 2 days traveling (paid)

Job Summary/Role Description

Report to the HSM or, while He/She is the TCM HSE representative at site, and reports to the Site Manager. Verifies and ensures that all Field activities are performed according to the TCM HSE Policy, the regulations, standards and procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To perform the Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate to the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
2. Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and all related procedures, to preparing any revisions
3. To update the HSE documentation during all the construction phases when deemed necessary
4. To check that Subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all the HSE applicable procedures, regulation and standards, promoting all necessary action to ensure that the said procedures and regulations are observed

Person Specification

Knowledge & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering or Science from a reputed University

Experience

1. Minimum 10 years' experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries focusing in HVAC operations
