Risk Assessment and Audits: Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and control measures to mitigate workplace risks. Oversee and execute periodic HSE audits, including LEED environmental compliance audits.
LEED Certification Support: Manage sustainability initiatives and assist projects in meeting LEED certification requirements. Ensure energy efficiency, environmental performance, and sustainability best practices are adhered to.
Incident Reporting and Investigation: Lead investigations for incidents, near-misses, and safety breaches, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver HSE training sessions for employees, contractors, and stakeholders. Promote a safety-first culture through awareness campaigns and regular toolbox talks.
Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of safety performance, inspections, and compliance metrics. Provide management with regular reports and updates on HSE performance and improvements.
