HSE Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the design of engineering solutions and produce detailed designs and specifications.
2. Prepare and review deliverables to meet specific project requirements including:
3. Project HSE Plans and the ability to identify and utilize relevant engineering standards and codes related to Technical HSE Engineering.
4. Manage time, cost, and quality in engineering projects within a multiple project environment.
5. Conduct Technical HSE Engineering activities and in-house site surveys for projects, from the initial concept definition phase through to Engineering studies, FEED, Detailed Design, and Commissioning.
6. Support the Engineering Department to review, update, and apply the company's standards, along with amendments to external standards.
7. Co-ordinate engineering design, develop, and review multi-disciplinary work scopes for projects and other engineering activities. Ensure that the work scope is comprehensive and clear.
8. Develop, update, and monitor schedules for in-house engineering activities, contribute to external FEED/EPIC scheduling activities, and ensure effective project delivery.
9. Review and approve method statements developed by contracted organizations for scope compliance. Liaise with contracted organizations to resolve technical issues.
10. Preparation of loss prevention design documents including Firewater Systems, F&G detection layouts, etc.
