If you are a skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP), this role is pivotal in partnering with General Management to provide strategic HR support and guidance. You will act as an internal consultant, ensuring the effective implementation of corporate policies and programs while driving continuous improvement through best practices.

Among other responsibilities, you will focus on driving organizational development, enhancing employer branding, and attracting top talent. You will manage compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations. Additionally, you will oversee training and development programs, performance management, and leadership initiatives. Promoting a positive workplace culture and values will be key aspects of your role.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP in the Emirates, working for an international company and reporting to HQ.
  2. Expertise in managing compensation and benefits, with over 3 years of experience ensuring compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations.
  3. Experience in matrix organizations.
  4. Educational background in Labor Relations, Corporate Psychology, or a similar field.
  5. Availability for occasional travel.
