Candidate must be in UAE. Can join immediately.

1. 5 Years Minimum Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or HR or similar role.
2. Fluent in English (Read, Write, and Listen).
3. Knowledge in MS OFFICE (MUST BE).
4. Prefer age: 30 - above.
5. Arabic Speaking (Optional).
6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
10. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
11. Knowledge of risk management concepts.
