HR Team Member

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as part of a shared services transformation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and a collaborative approach to supporting HR integration and process improvement initiatives.

Key Areas of Work:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes as part of a shared services model.
2. Support the creation and refinement of HR policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Contribute to talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR integration.
5. Provide operational support for change management initiatives and HR frameworks.

Industry Expertise:

Experience within consulting or shared services centres is preferred.

Requirements:

Experience Level: 5-8 years with a strong foundation in HR operations and exposure to shared services or organisational transformation projects.

Compensation:

CTC: 1.5 Lakhs / Per Month (includes Visa, Air travel, Insurance, Accommodation)
