Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement human resources plans for the business sector (Sales and Functions), ensuring alignment with corporate policies and strategic objectives.
  2. Assist in the execution of HR policies, systems, and key projects within the business sector.
  3. Lead organizational optimization efforts, including the review and revision of organizational structures, roles and responsibilities (R&R), and job descriptions.
  4. Conduct regular talent assessments, oversee vacancy management, and drive key position succession planning, promotions, and transfers.
  5. Support HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  6. Ensure the effective execution of foundational HR operations for the Sales and Functions teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is required. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software. Excellent communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and a strong sense of teamwork and service orientation.
