Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and develop effective strategies for recruitment, employee development, and retention within the interior design industry.
  2. Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions for interior design roles.
  3. Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top talent, including job postings, networking, and referrals.
  4. Screen and interview potential candidates, and make recommendations to clients based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
  5. Develop and implement employee training and development programs specific to the interior design industry.
  6. Provide guidance and support to clients on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients are competitive in the market.
