HR Specialist - Hospitality Industry

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a positive workplace environment while ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Handle employee relations and provide guidance to staff.
3. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
4. Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
5. Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
6. Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required.
7. Support organizational change and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 4 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality sector.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
