Job description
Job Title: HR Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, leave management, and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Assist in initiatives related to employee welfare and engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT.
- Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the HR domain.
- Experience in supporting employee welfare, engagement initiatives, and new hire orientations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT for creating presentations and data reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to join within one month.
