Job description

Job Title: HR Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, leave management, and ensuring statutory compliance.
  2. Assist in initiatives related to employee welfare and engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  3. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  7. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience within the HR domain.
  2. Experience in supporting employee welfare, engagement initiatives, and new hire orientations.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT for creating presentations and data reports.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Available to join within one month.
