HR Specialist

Archibat HR is looking for an HR Specialist for an Award Winning Interior Design firm to be based in their Abu Dhabi office.

The ideal candidate will come from an Interior Design studio background, bringing knowledge of the industry. Experience in SME environments and expertise in creating new policies and implementing strategies for a growing brand will be appreciated.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role within the design or creative industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
