- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide support to the HR manager.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee performance management processes and support managers with employee evaluations.
- Organize employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling employee relations and grievances effectively.
- Perform quarterly & annual employee performance reviews.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
