Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Manage offboarding processes and exit interviews to gather valuable feedback and ensure a positive employee departure experience.
  • Handle visa and work permit processes for international employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage reminders for visa renewals or status updates.
  • Labor Law Compliance:
  • Stay up to date with current labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices comply with legal requirements.
  • Advise management and employees on labor law-related issues, including contracts, disputes, and other employment-related concerns.
  • HR Policy & Process Improvement:
  • Continuously assess and improve HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure HR documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Leave and Attendance Management:
  • Oversee employee attendance and leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on employee attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data.
  • Record Keeping & Document Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of employees' personal information, job history, and any relevant documentation.
  • Set up and monitor reminder triggers for document expirations, such as visas, work permits, and certifications.
  • Group Medical Insurance Management:
  • Administer the company’s group medical insurance policy, ensuring employee eligibility and coverage.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees’ insurance concerns and coordinate with the insurer to resolve any issues.
  • Employee Orientation:
  • Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires understand company culture, policies, and benefits.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, visa processing, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
