We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations while also excelling in recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Responsibilities
Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll and employee records.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to enhance workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, training programs and manage performance appraisals.
Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage HR operations efficiently.
Experience in employee engagement and retention programs is a plus.
